Just came back home from the 1.6km run ...
Stupid stitch + stomachache ... It came when I was in the last round ...
Never slowed me down but could not sprint ... Could see Ming Zhou in a distance ...
But too bad for me ...
Got 4th in the end ... Climbing up the stairs was quite a torture ... But I'm okay now =D

The rest I'm not too sure about it. But what matters is, I think I've improved! =D
And got Gold anyway ...
Kevin overtook Kong Hong toward the finishing but at the very very LAST second, Kong Hong overtook Kevin and got the 5th place ...
Actually I was also behind Kong Hong at first ... But he sorta slowed down ...
ChuQi said she didn't run ... or maybe she just walked. She complaint that the weather was too hot for and that she would die of heat stroke ...
Phew ... The tough and tiring day is finally coming to an end ... Gonna start searching for articles related to health ... Like diseases and the photos of poor people who have them ...
LOL Carisia is so scared of those pictures that from Shu Hui and Chu Qi ...
(But to me, the pictures are so cool and sad ...)
